"A Bit of a Saga, But They Fixed It"
My saber started having an issue after a few weeks, which felt tragic after I’d just gotten attached to it. Warranty support did get back to me and eventually sorted everything out, so credit where it’s due. It just took longer than I expected, and I had to chase them once, which added a little extra drama to the whole ordeal.

They got back to me really fast and helped sort out the issue with my order. i think it was mostly just bad timing on my end, but they handled it well and made the whole thing easy.

"Charging has been totally reliable"
I picked up my saber from saberspro.com a few weeks back, my gut feeling was that it was a solid buy. So far, the charging has been smooth every time. I just plug it in overnight and it’s ready to go the next day. No loose connection, no cutting in and out, nothing weird with the port. The battery seems to last well too. Happy with it so far, it does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

"Not Impressed With the Quality"
I know some people might say you get what you pay for, but i expected a little better. The blade feels cheap in hand, and the paint started chipping way sooner than it should have. I wasn’t being rough with it either, so it was disappointing to see it wear down that quickly.

"A bit too heavy, but still kind of cool"
The saber looks nice at first, and I was excited to try it out. But once I actually held it for a while, the weight felt weird. It’s heavier around the hilt, so swinging it doesn’t feel as smooth as I hoped. I mean, it’s not awful or anything, and it still looks cool, but it gets uncomfortable fast. Kind of disappointing, but also not the worst thing ever.

To be fair, it works fine while it’s on, so I don’t want to say it’s completely useless. But the battery barely lasts an hour for me, which makes it frustrating to use. I expected it to hold up a lot longer than that

"Shipping took way too long"
I ordered from saberspro.com and, i don’t think I’m being unreasonable here, the shipping took way longer than I expected. I get that delays happen, but the tracking barely updated, so I was just sitting around wondering where my order was. The saber did eventually show up, and it’s fine, but by that point the excitement was kind of gone. For the price and the wait, I feel like better shipping updates should be the bare minimum. I probably won’t order again unless they sort that out.

"Stuff I wanted kept being out of stock"
I tried ordering from the site twice, and both times the saber I actually wanted was out of stock. It was frustrating, especially because I’d get excited looking at one, checking the color, the style, the hilt, the price, all that stuff, and then it turns out I can’t buy it anyway. It’s kind of like going to a restaurant and picking a burger, then a sandwich, then fries, and they’re all unavailable. The site really should make stock status clearer upfront so you don’t waste time clicking around...

"Not as bright or polished as I expected"
I mostly bought this because I wanted a really bright blade, but it was a letdown. In regular room lighting it already looks weak, and if you take it outside, you can barely see it unless it’s dark out. The effects didn’t impress me much either. The flashes and sound sync feel kind of random, and the colors just don’t pop the way I thought they would. For what they’re charging, I expected it to feel a lot more premium. It kind of gave me the impression that they put more effort into marketing it than actually making it worth the money.

"Checkout was quicker than I expected"
Ordering from saberspro.com was actually smooth, which I almost didn’t expect. The checkout page was clear, with no weird extra steps or confusing stuff they sometimes sneak into online orders. The payment options were easy to see, and the order went through fast. I got the confirmation email right away too. they made it simple enough that I don’t really have anything to complain about

"Not much to choose from"
I checked out saberspro.com expecting a decent range of options, but the selection felt limited. A lot of the sabers looked way too similar, and some of the colors and styles I was hoping to find just weren’t there, which was kind of disappointing.

If you just want something basic, it might be fine, but I got bored scrolling through it fast. For a site selling sabers, the lack of variety felt a little ridiculous, and I ended up not buying anything.

"Pretty Impressed With the Accuracy"
I got my saber from saberspro, i’m happy with it. I’m a bit biased because I really care about screen-accurate designs, but this one matched the photos way better than I expected. The handle shape and colors especially look really close. There was one tiny part that looked a little different in person, but it didn’t bother me much. Overall, it feels like what I was hoping for, and I’m glad I picked it up.

"Really nice upgrade"
This saber is sorta loud in the best way, and the sounds come through really clear. The swing effects feel really nice too. It’s way better than my old one.

"My saber showed up with a minor charging…"
My saber showed up with a minor charging issue, which was definitely frustrating at first (not exactly what you want right out of the box). I reached out to support and it took a little bit to hear back, but they did help me get it sorted and sent over the part I needed. It’s working fine now, so overall I’m happy with how it turned out.

"Works fine, but the hilt could be better"
The saber does work, so I’ll give it that, but I was kinda disappointed with the hilt quality. A few of the edges feel a bit sharp, and there were some small marks on the finish right out of the box. For the price, I expected it to feel a little more solid.

"I was a little annoyed with..."
I was a little annoyed with myself because I ordered the wrong saber, so I wasn’t in the best mood when I started the return. But the whole process ended up being easy enough. Support was cool about it, didn’t give me a hard time, and the refund came back quickly.

"Pretty easy site to use"
I had a easy time using SabersPro. Like, I found what I was looking for without really having to dig around too much, and the pages loaded fine for me. The menu was, you know, clear and straightforward. Checkout was simple too, which was nice, because some sites can be kind of confusing at that point. So yeah, overall, it was a good experience.

"Box arrived really crushed"
The box showed up badly crushed, which was disappointing. The item seems okay at first glance, but it definitely makes me question the quality control and how well it was handled before getting to me.

"Accessories were more confusing than expected"
I ordered a saber and a couple of accessories from saberspro.com, and the saber itself is good. The accessories, though, were kind of a pain. I thought I had picked the right part for my model, but it didn’t fit when it arrived. At first I figured maybe I missed something, or actually, the compatibility info just wasn’t as clear as it could’ve been. Support did get back to me, but it took a little while, and in the end I still had to return the part. So overall, the saber is fine, but dealing with the accessories was frustrating.
